In 2021 in Þórshöfn, Iceland. A creative pop-up bakery in Þórshöfn, Langanes. It has been a few years since the town's only bakery closed. With increased tourism in the area the convenience store regularly runs out of bread. THE BEST BREAD comes to town. Open when open, offers what it offers. Part of Röstin Residency 2021.

In 2021 in The Reykjavik Art Museum, Hafnarhús, Iceland. A dough sculpting workshop in collaboration with Berglind Erna Tryggvadóttir and MÁL/TÍÐ. Play with your food and then eat it too, or not. Guests offered to sculpt their own bread sculptures from different types of dough that had different personalities.

In 2022 in Hólmavík, Iceland as a part of the art festival Umhverfing 4. The work is an installation made over the course of our stay in Hólmavík where we made reliefs in bread of the local scenery. The sculptures were dried and placed on shelves over the course of that summer.
